How to download my purchased theme?
When you purchase a theme, system automatically send an email to your email address with a download link. If you can not see it, please check it in your spam folder. But if you still can not find this email or download link is broken, please inform us using the contact form on our website. we will send it ASAP.
Can you install my purchased theme for me?
Sure, we can install the theme on your domain for free. Please use the Contact us page for instructions on how to continue with this.
What is the support schedule?
You can email us directly & we will get back to you ASAP. Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 20:00 (GMT+5). During this time, support queries will be answered in 1-12 hours (usually much quicker). On weekends it may take a bit longer to receive a response.
How many sites can I use a theme on?
You can use it on as many sites as you like.
How often do you update the theme?
We fix any bugs we encounter as soon as possible. We also release periodic updates for our themes to address user feedback as well as to add new features.
What is the difference between "WordPress.org" and "WordPress.com"?
WordPress.com is a hosted blogging service that helps you build a website using the WordPress software, while WordPress.org is the self-hosted version, which you can use to build and maintain a website on your own.
Do your themes work with WordPress.org?
Yes. Our themes are working with any self-hosted WordPress installation.
Do your themes work with WordPress.com?
Yes. But if you need to upload a theme to a WordPress.com website, you will need to have their "Business" or "eCommerce" plan. If your site has one of their legacy plans, it is available on the "Pro" plan.
How to Change the Number of Posts on Homepage?

Can I remove your credit link from a theme's footer?
Yes, you are allowed to remove our credit link from the footer of the purchased theme. You can disable it directly from the theme customizer, no code edit required.
Can I use your themes for a commercial project?
Absolutely, yes! You are welcome to use our themes for commercial projects.
Can I change the language of the theme?
Yes. We recommend the free application Poedit for translating the theme. Also you can use "Loco Translate" plugin.
