These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ThemesDNA. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our WordPress themes or services, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

Products and Licensing

  • All WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2 or later.
  • You may use each purchased theme on unlimited websites, for both personal and commercial projects.
  • You may customize the themes without restriction, including removing our credit link from the footer of any purchased theme via the Theme Customizer.
  • Theme support and updates are provided for the product as described in these Terms.

Purchases and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order. Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without prior notice; changes never affect orders already completed.

Delivery of Digital Products

Our products are digital goods delivered by email:

  • For card and PayPal payments, Paddle emails the download link automatically within moments of a completed payment.
  • For cryptocurrency payments, we verify the payment manually and email the download link within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

If you cannot find your delivery email, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds for all orders are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a theme is faulty or an issue cannot be resolved by our support team, contact Paddle customer service or contact us and we will help make it right.

Free Theme Installation Service

We offer free theme installation on your domain for purchased themes. To request installation:

  1. Contact us with your request and order details.
  2. We will reply with the simple steps and any details we need.
  3. We install the theme for you and confirm once your site is ready.

Support

For billing, payment, invoice, and return inquiries, Paddle customer service will assist you as the Merchant of Record. For everything about the themes themselves, we are happy to help: support covers theme setup assistance, bug fixes, and questions about theme features. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, and most queries are answered within 1–12 hours during support hours. Theme customization and custom development services are not included with support.

Intellectual Property

All themes remain the intellectual property of ThemesDNA. The GPL license grants you broad rights to use, modify, and redistribute the theme code, but it does not grant you any right to represent the themes, their designs, or our brand as your own for resale.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others, and not to redistribute our themes as your own commercial products.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our themes and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a theme will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party plugin, server configuration, or future WordPress version.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThemesDNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products or the law. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will always show the most recent revision.
