This Privacy Policy explains how ThemesDNA ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website, purchase our WordPress themes, or contact our support team. It applies together with our Terms and Conditions.

Who We Are

We are ThemesDNA, a WordPress theme shop. For any privacy question or request, you can contact us at any time.

Personal Data We Collect

We only collect the personal data we need, and we keep it to a minimum:

  • Order data — your email address and the details needed to deliver your purchase, provided by you or our reseller Paddle.com when you place an order.
  • Support data — the name, email address, and message content you send when you contact us.
  • Technical data — standard server logs and device/browser information generated when you visit the site.
  • Cookies — small files that keep the site working and help us understand how it is used (see the Cookies section below).

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Deliver your purchased themes and download links by email.
  • Provide and improve our free theme installation service and customer support.
  • Process and verify payments and prevent fraud (through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and our crypto payment provider).
  • Understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
  • Meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies for essential functions (such as remembering your preferences) and, where enabled, for analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect parts of the website.

Payment Processors

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you pay by card or PayPal, Paddle acts as the controller for the payment data it collects — for example your name, email address, billing details, and card information — as described in Paddle’s own privacy policy (see paddle.com). Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party crypto payment provider, which similarly controls the transaction data it collects. We never receive or store your full card details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers strictly needed to run our shop (payment and email delivery), and only for the purposes described in this policy.

Data Retention

We keep order and support records only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights:

  1. Contact us and describe your request.
  2. We may ask you to confirm the email address linked to your order.
  3. We will respond and complete your request within a reasonable period required by applicable law.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to personal records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take safeguarding your data seriously.

Children’s Privacy

Our products and services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The revised version takes effect when it is posted, and the "Last updated" date above always shows the most recent revision.
